POSTAGE and SHIPPING:

Our policy is to ship within 2 working days after payment is cleared for goods purchased. Orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class Delivery and overseas are sent by Airmail. Orders over £50 will qualify for FREE DELIVERY and will be sent via Royal Mail First Class Recorded (Signed For).
If you wish to have a guaranteed service with track and trace, please choose UK Special Delivery(see conditions below) and if you are overseas contact us for a quote.

Once we have dispatched your item, you will receive an email from us confirming this.

Proof of postage is always obtained from Royal Mail, if your parcel does not arrive for any reason within 3 working days of receiving our dispatch confirmation email please contact us.

UK Special Delivery - You can now choose to have your order sent by Special Delivery, this service is guaranteed* by Royal Mail that your order will arrive by next working day. All we ask is that you place your order with us before 2pm on Monday to Friday. Orders received on Friday after 2pm and over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday, however if your order is urgent, contact us and we will try our best to accommodate. To track and trace your item, please email us to receive your 13 digit reference number.

DISCOUNTS: We also offer discounts depending on the amount you spend. Below is a table to show how discounts apply when ordering online. RETURNS POLICY:

We'll be happy to give you a full refund/credit on any item returned within 7 days, as long as the item is in the same condition as sold. They must not have their tags removed and also to be returned in their original polythene bag.

Always request a proof postage at your post office as claims can not be processed without this. Bohemia Fashions will not be held responsible for items lost in the post when being returned.

For original orders:
Under £50
The buyer is responsible for postage costs, both ways.
Over £50
As you were eligible for FREE DELIVERY when you placed the order originally, if you decide to return any items, the original postage costs will be deducted from the refund amount as follows: £1.50 for the first item returned and 50p for each other item. This will only apply if your retained order value comes to below £50.

Polite Note: Items smelling of perfume or cigarette smoke will not be accepted for refund, credit or exchange.

Once a refund has been processed you will receive an email to notify you of this and funds should reach your account within 5 working days.

DATA PROTECTION:

Bohemia Fashions understands and respects how important it is to keep your information private, when you place an order with us we only collect basic information like, your name, address and email. We only use this for the following ways:

- to deliver your order
- to answer any queries or complaints
- to provide information on new products, special promotions etc.
- to analyse and review our own products and services

We do not collect any card details when your order is placed online or over the phone.

Packaging is of a very high standard and all care is taken to ensure that all your goods arrive in top condition. If you have selected a gift wrap we will assume that all items are a gift and wrap them together.

INVOICES:

The order confirmation that you receive via email serves as your official receipt. Included in the parcel will be a letter from us detailing your order. Because we realise that sometimes orders are sent as a gift, we do include any documents that would reflect the price.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS:

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders based on the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed.

AVAILABILITY OF GOODS:

All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. However it is our policy to contact you if a product is out of stock and if you do not wish to proceed with the order we will arrange for the order to be cancelled and a full refund given where appropriate.
