If this order arrives as quickly as last week's order, and the quality is as good, then I don't really think you need to do anything to improve your service. It is the best mail order service that I have ever used in this country. I ordered one day and the items were on my doorstep when I got home from work the next day. As a Purchaser for aircraft and helicopter parts, ordering time-critical and AOG (Aircraft on the Ground) items as a matter of course, using couriers, chartering aircraft to expedite deliveries on a regular basis, I rely on vendors to send things out quickly, so it takes a lot to impress me, but I am VERY impressed with your service
The turbans are lovely, and I want them for a purely frivolous reason and not at all inspiring. We recently bought a hot tub, and it has really helped with all the aches and pains and improved my quality of life tremendously, but having to wash my hair every time I came out has started making it a chore to use instead of a pleasure, hence the turbans. I simply wind my hair into a knot, pop on the turban and then relax. The turban doesn't even have to be waterproof, but I did buy a swim cap turban for going to the beach.
I have glammed them up with old costume jewellery, just for a bit of fun, and they look really good as well as being practical. I will get my daughter to take a photo when she comes to stay.keep up the good work. Kind regards, K8

Thank you for such a quick service. The Polycotton turbans are excellent. The jersey head linings are a little large around the gather at the back but I am not sure how they should be so no complaints. All items are lovely so thank you very much I feel much more confident. Many thanks

Hello there, First of all, thanks for the prompt delivery (next day!) to Northern Ireland. This is pretty unusual!
I lost my hair last year with chemo and it has grown back well now to about 2 cm. Then I had to have radiotherapy to my forehead a few weeks ago and have lost a large streak across my head. Obviously I have too much hair to comfortably wear a wig (especially in the summer) so I have decided to opt for baseball caps, headsquares and wraps. I ordered three items from you, found the head tie bandana just brilliant, a great fit, shows hair around the ears etc, which takes the bare look off my face. The plain bandana is fine too but I found the bandana/zandana not such a great fit for my head. I have now ordered another 2 colours in the head tie bandana and I think these will be my regular head coverings– I have it at the ready when someone calls at the house, and it only takes a second to slip it on – no fuss with tying, checking the mirror etc, it just sits perfect! It’s just a pity there isn't a larger selection of patterns in this item.
